Objective:
To establish an industrialized production line of marmalade concentration drink from Changshan Huyou, lemon and other citrus fruits. New products will be developed using other materials except citrus such as red jujube, aloe. The technical parameters such as formula of products, package and sterilization will be optimized.
Approach:
The industrialized production line of marmalade concentration drink is established according to the process technique of the products. The formula of products developed will be decided by sensory evaluation and acceptance of consumers. Several containers including glass, paper cup, plastic (containing EVOH) will be chosen to fill the marmalade concentration drink and stored under ambient temperature. The sterilization temperature will be determined by storage stability of products under accelerated spoiled temperature.
